why does it look like that.... it looks so sad and thin all around........

a uniform pretzel complely misses the point of the whole thing........

they need to be thinner and thinner the further you get away from it's thick, fluffy and soft center.............

also the idea of a sweet pretzel but with the lye dough seems immensely cursed to me

whenever i see a variation of a pretzel here in germany that's sweet, i can guarantee you in almost 99% of cases it does not use traditional lye sourdough

i have a bunch of preshaped frozen pretzel dough that i can just pop into my airfryer whenever i want, wait like 12 minutes and it's done, i got a yummy pretzel now :D
