Democrats need to stop accusing trump and his DOJ of weaponizing the justice system. That term no longer has any meaning because trump himself makes the same accusation of the democrats - all day every day. What Trump is really doing is DESTROYING the US system of justice. Messaging is so important!

I am an American consumer &I plan to wield my power for one week November 25 to December 2nd. I also plan to make one exception. Our local community participates in Small Business Saturday so I will support that effort. I will include purchases from Canadian small businesses- they are hurting too.

There were more shoppers at the local Goodwill than the local Walmart in Geneseo NY today. 2 members of the military wearing their uniforms were standing in the checkout line. Geneseo is the home of SUNY Geneseo, in Livingston County. People here have historically had a decent standard of living.

I lived in Palm Beach County FL at the time and immediately noticed a flaw in my paper ballot when I cast my vote for Al Gore. I thought it was an innocent printing mistake. When I found out what was going on I was outraged. I reported it to local news media. Chicken Little? Nobody cared.

Bush V Gore was simply the culmination of a thirty year long scheme to reverse civil rights and the new deal that ended up stealing an election and dovetailed into bringing about the success of then-nascent American fascism as well.

For most of my life I’ve lived with a manageable amount of uncertainty. I’ve almost always worked 2 jobs in order to manage my financial insecurity but otherwise I’ve felt okay about the future. Not any more🙁 my MAGA neighbors have been prepping for doomsday for years. I may be joining them soon.

I just saw a headline for a video on AP website that says “Trump rallies Republicans in newly refurbished Rose Garden Club as shutdown enters week four.” I never realized we had a “Rose Garden Club” at our White House. Did you?

I’m just sitting here like I do every morning, appreciating the sun and the air and nature. Trying to come to grips with the strong likelihood that I’m no longer living in a democracy.

All along the pundits were assuring us that the guardrails built into our democratic system of government would prevent a man like Trump from destroying everything. It turns out they were misleading us all. But why?

And the media continue to hang on trump’s every word. They report it like it’s news, when it’s actually same crap different day.
