Setting aside being irony poisoned, what’s the HB/SB number?
We need all options open, Sean.
lol, hadn’t seen this in like a decade. That’s Benedict Wong holding up sausages.

I think I can still expand it 4 feet leftwards before the rain.
In retrospect, not sure I tilled deep enough. I think I went only 8 inches down and need to go about 12. And the soil becomes very clay-like after about 4-5, rocky, and with some smattering of roots from nearby trees. Rain doesn’t start until evening tomorrow. Will measure in the morning.
I’ve probably spent $4,000 in a year on stupider stuff.
I need to go and find my 30-year-old Vandy starter jacket. It’s somewhere in my parents’ house.
Watching Nuremberg and while I don’t speak German, Russell Crowe’s German sounds about as good as his Greek accent.
Oh, and I've seen rabbits, foxes, and armadillos out here, so I'm going to have to stake out the perimeter and put up chicken wire.
I've also seen crows but only once, so maybe some strips of something reflective on the stakes. Or a full blown scarecrow. Who knows?
Guy on the left looks like Thomas Massie ate another Thomas Massie.
This screams, "a year later it's broken and they don't sell replacement parts here."
Right now this about 4x6 and I want to extend it leftwards until it’s about 18x6. But that’s going to be over several weekends.
It’s also a flat spot on top of a pretty steep hill so I’m going to have to make a set of little trenches and set in some brick to make some steps up to make it easier.
And thanks!
@quinevanssegall.bsky.social gimme some heirloom tomato seeds. Gimme gimme.
I’m going to be out of town for a family reunion, otherwise I totally would.
I’ve helped my MIL for years with her garden and know how to start seedlings. Even did so with some grape tomatoes we bought from Kroger. Have a little greenhouse I need to set up. Out back too.
It’s simple, but a start for a vegetable garden. Gonna get seeds from the library and plant them after Tuesdays chill.
Hand tilling from scratch suuuuuucks.
I hope it beeps when you go in reverse.
It would be really funny if @jspencersharpe.bsky.social took his 10 benches on a bus to painted next weekend, tho.
Panama could do the funniest thing right now.
Hey, I put those there. Crazy how the Bellevue park and ride has a huge pavilion and no seating.
You know.
Jings mad I’m giving away free feet pics.
A work in progress but still high key slaps.
Jing got this drum/ xylophone thing for the kid that can switch from the glockenspiel to saying animal names.
I told her that was mistake.
Now I’m working on my masterpiece.
Cat, Cat, Monkey/ Cat, Cat, Monkey, Dog!
She agrees it was a mistake.
So the options, in theory, are more likely to expand with this legislation if institutional buyers wanted to stay in the housing game.
They own 3 SFH, well, have to give that up or push them to be multifamily to buy 3 more if you already own 100.
The way the legislation is written, it caps SFHs at 100 for any institutional buyer.
The work around as I see it to add more to their portfolio, however, particularly if they own multiple adjacent SFHs, is to push to rezone to multifamily.
