Imposter syndrome is common in academia because we’re learning new things all the time. If we believed we already knew everything, what would be the point? Feelings of imposterism simply reflect that we are pushing ourselves to grow 💪 blogs.unimelb.edu.au/bioscience-e... #growthmindset
