I'm truly sick of how people keep responding to the endless airtime given to the male grievance movement with "We should give them even more of our attention and focus" instead of, say, talking about its impact on WOMEN.
This verdict in particular is an egregious threat to the First Amendment. He was convicted of "corruptly concealing a document or record" for transporting a box of anarchist zines. In other words, transporting printed essays that featured political speech.
We have a verdict and we are heartbroken at the results.
This is only the beginning. We will continue to fight the remaining charges until every defendant is home.
Everything about this trial from beginning to end has proven what we have said all along: this is a sham trial, built on political persecution and ideological attacks coming from the top.

for clarity i found the entirety of this exchange very endearing! it was in a grocery store checkout line lol
trans guy i hadn’t met before asks me my pronouns, she/her, his face falls, i say “oh i’m trans don’t worry just a rare flavor, butch trans” he is instantly giddy, says “oh okay yeah of course I knew there was no cisgender explanation for *this*,” he gestures to all of me
I’ve been diagnosed for a while now so the revelation isn’t novel but sometimes i observe myself and am like, wowww nothing but misogyny explains why no one in my life ever suggested ADHD as a possibility until i actively pursued diagnosis.
I “relax” by watching Bob’s Burgers for the 300th time while playing the Wingspan boardgame online on my phone while also practicing piano (yes, all three at once) and it still took until my mid-20s to get an ADHD diagnosis. That’s misogyny in medicine for you.
I’m imagining a week more of editing, another week of publishing work (recording audio, making cover art, formatting the zine) which would make the publishing date in the last days of March/beginning of April. :)
Started this current essay on border enforcement mid-January and this afternoon i fiiiiinally finished a draft of the main body of the piece. Intro and conclusion still left to do, and so SO much editing. This thing is huge. But it’s getting ever closer to being finished!
