Tumbler Ridge is a small planned resource community, a winding 90 minute drive from the nearest city of at least 10,000 people.
A massive number of people are going to descend there tomorrow.
May those that arrive have respect and grace for the unimaginable grief.
And eternity, my friend, is a long fucking time.
They are fucking murderers
Nuremberg trials for ICE is the moderate position
it is funny how all the fictional monsters we imagined taking over the U.S. for the last 30 years are objectively better people than the current regime. Give me Skeletor, please. Cobra Commander wants to run shit? He can hardly be worse than what we're rockin' today. It's worth a shot!
I love this hugely. The art is fun and lovely, and you getting back into a glimmer like this is so wonderful. I've been writing more than I used to - not a lot, just a tiny step, but I really appreciate the forward motion, and soul engagement of picking up the pencil
omg SOSOSO much love! This is wonderful. Beautiful collection. THANK YOU for making the time to show this to me ππβ¨οΈ
Hah. Persnickity. I'm glad it's working out now, though. And oh my stars yes, if you ever wanted to, that would be incredible
Hah! Hekate do be like that, from what I understand. But great protection. πβ¨οΈ I'm a big stone/crystal girlie, tbh
Awh. Hey lady! π Thank you. This is my regular armour π₯°
This is the corvid-adjacent collection of things that I chose to take off of my person before walking to the gym facility on campus. Small spells and emotional support stones galore. I am amused, and also happy that my comfort collection seems to work pretty well actually.
None of this nonsense, please.
(White supremacy, racism, bigotry, misogyny, capitalism, genocide (all of it), fascism, Nazis, colonialism and colonization, patriarchy, and/or all related prime evil bedfellows are not welcome here. Kindly fuck all the way off.)
be kind, for everyone is kung fu fighting a battle you know nothing about
Welp. I was just horrifically attacked by a tarot card. (Seven of Wands, reversed.) I may need to take sick leave to recover. Damn.
This is generally my experience. Ugh. Solidarity π»
Also, things we'll NEVER do...
Give you up
Let you down
Run around around and desert you
Make you cry
Say goodbye
Tell a lie
Hurt you
(Family group chat.) I will never not be amused when the Jets (go Jets, gooooooooo!) play the Sharks.
"When you're a Jet, you're a Jet all the way...."
Life is pretty life-y. Moods are pretty mood-y. And this timeline is a hellscape. All life-y life, mood-y moods and hellscape-y timelines make Kimothy withdraw pretty entirely.
Hi Bluesky-ians. I hope things are as okay as possible, and with glimmers.
Oh hellllllllll yes
Today, in sky.
(I'm existentially fucking tired, friends. I know you are, too. Take care of yourselves and of each other π)
Did you know that there was once a racehorse (in the late 1700s) called Potoooooooo? Pot8os. POTATOES. This is one of my favourite article topics to date. I LOVE horses. I LOVE potatoes. I LOVE weird, cute, funny, clever things π
Nothing. Just more of my dog walk plant collection (photos) trips
I love late summer wildflowers. They are beautiful and fascinating and important, and they showcase the beauty of the approaching transition to a new season.
The gang discuss rumors of Trumpβs declining health, DC Mayor Muriel Bowser acquiescing to the federal police occupation, plans for federal deployment in Chicago and updates on tariffs and Ukraine.

Bluesky people. I haven't posted in months, but you are choosing to follow in droves. I'm sure most of you are bots or bot adjacent, but it's still weird. BUT ALSO...thank you to the human folks. Here is a random collection of almost-fall dog walk glimmers for you
We ended it with the addition of wasabi (now I want sushi), Hope Blooms (an incredible youth led community project in Nova Scotia), and seed balls. Today was a fun day. Now on to walking, and having an afternoon tub date with a book.
(It's a "pioneer plant" that grows and thrives after devastation. It's a beautiful plant that I see often on my walks and excursions in the area I live and I love it very, very much. Today it means a little more.)
One of the things I like the most about my other(/weekend/part-time) job is that I get to learn about whatever I want to learn about. Today that has been thylacines and (currently) fireweed. I'm having A Day and I'm in A Mood (that I'm going to try to write about later). Fireweed is helping.
Erm. The fun and community and love and greeting assholes with peace signs, I mean. (I'm tired π )
Hell yes. I love this so much π
