I have a job interview with the competition tomorrow via an ex coworker. And some other Restoration companies in mind.

Atleast that industry is niche but always hiring.

Today they tell me that not only due to our shit sales and slow period our hours are getting cut.

The guy they hired 5 months ago I trained to help me is gonna be my boss when he comes back from paternity leave :)

They cant hire me a replacement. And im back to being on call 2 weeks out of the mo

I was groomed at my interview and 2nd month to be a supervisor. Told 6 months. That was a lie took 1 year 7 months.

I get groomed for my bosses job back in June this year.
