I talked to NPR Life Kit about myths and misinformation about alcohol and hangovers, and revealed all of my most advanced, secret toxicologist tricks to get rid of those hangovers.

This is exactly what folks in the US have to deal with when their drug of choice is NOT regulated. eg heroin, cocaine.
"Methanol is sometimes added to mixed drinks at disreputable bars as a cheaper alternative to ethanol, but can cause severe poisoning or death. It is also a byproduct of poorly distilled homebrew liquor, and could have found its way into bar drinks inadvertently."

Great to get pics of our Mass Overdose Helpline billboard up right above Pittsfield’s very well attended Halloween parade! Our line reversed 2 overdoses within 1 mile from here this year #HarmReduction
Billboards are being installed in Berkshire County, MA for our helpline! These are funded through the HEALing Communities study and I responded to overdoses in this neighborhood in Pittsfield many times in the past. Hope it encourages someone to call!

Hey Pennsylvania! 2 state senators are planning to introduce legislation to require involuntary treatment for anyone who receives naloxone. Please let them know this is ignorant & wasteful, and locking their own constituents up against their will for having medical emergencies isn’t good governance.
