Considering how scared I am of dentists, I'm spending an awful lot of time considering begging for tooth extraction. I've been dealing with clenched jaw muscles for nearly 3wks and one of my back teeth has shattered. I'm about to scream from the frustration.

About to go to bed (sleep seems optimistic) and my cat makes me play goalie to keep him out of the bedroom. I don't want to roll over and squish him, he's small next to me, so he'll have to come in during the day instead. It's extra sad because he smells like warm baby fur and I love that smell 🩷😭

The joys of cold weather are many. The hard part of cold weather is how much it hurts my joints. My hands start to swell and stiffen (and I apparently do not have JRA...) and my knees stop working and start hurting.

I'm clinging to my love of the dark cold that is winter anyway, but it's not easy 😔
