I'm dealing with low engagement. I know in my site I am trying ways of navigating a webcomic that are new and could put off readers because they are unfamiliar, so I added a couple of introductory panels explaining some navigation tips.

I have the plan to stealthily and gradually color all the previous pages, without stoping the flow of new pages. It will take time, but it might help with enticing readres to explore more the site, hopefully.

To be honest this is something I always wanted to do. I hadn't because there was a lot of work needed for the site that took precedence, but a lot of that (not all) has been done and the plot gives me a window to do it now so I take the plunge.

I am having to face the fact that my comic is not catching up among readers. One reason I think could be the fact that there's no color so it's not as eye catching as other webcomics. So let's try something different and add COLOR!

When I sketch on a white page and start struggling on what to draw I feel irritable, brain-fogged, easily tired, even sometimes a little sick but as soon as an idea clicks and I find a good layout that flows I start feeling happy physically and mentally much better and energized
