I’m horrified by Spines but I very much enjoyed the way Matilda has written this piece about their so-called disruption of the publishing industry with a tech-washed pay-to-publish model, especially the lack of sales data 👀

Probably querying, bc it involves dealing with a lot of rejection. Sometimes your idea will need work; other times the agent simply isn’t the right person for you. Make sure your pitch is up to date, streamlined & engaging. Query agents who are looking for what you’re offering. And NEVER give up!
