ahh, ok that actually makes a lot of sense then, it would come off as super concerning seeing it first hand user side, it gets me thinking it may legit be a no anti-SLAPP situation which is super concerning in of itself if they can be that easily abused going forward 🤔

100% agree but I also don't know the legal structure of where they're based, unfortunately they could be somewhere with weak/no anti-SLAPP laws and could then be easily harassed by the c&d issuer, potentially costing a lot of work/jobs if said company wanted to be petty about it as they often do

well like you said it happens and it sucks, I too care deeply about transparency but I also get that there are some circumstances where they may not be allowed to (or really shouldn't) publicly divulge that info, it sucks but some legal systems actually do make transparency super hard to achieve

I mean, not saying anything about a c&d isn't the worst thing assuming of course if they'd even be allowed to talk depending on the relevant country's laws 🤔

but i'll def keep tabs on spacebar, it's lacking a LOT of what i'm looking for(for now) but this has still been very helpful thx (0>0)/

curious, is this a recent development that may have to do with the name change and UK compliance? I only ask because most if not all reliable info on stoat(revolt) i can find is from 2-3 years ago and i personally didn't see anything to indicate as such? if there's more to it I'm all ears (0>0)/

so I'm thinking of just abandoning discord altogether and it looks like STOAT (formerly Revolt due to a name dispute) has been a "discord but better" solution for a while now, any thoughts/concerns out there on how well it works?🤔

this is probably not the intended take away but given how tall the wharf is and how far away the shore line looks this give me a "subtle horror" vibe, like capturing the moments before a tsunami. genuinely love art that can be "over-read" like that, always feels more like what art is supposed to be

couldn't agree more, here are some of the more silly and absurd things I've made in the last year or so, with the sole goal of getting a good smirk or laugh outta people (:D)/

so this may be a little odd and random to ask but I've been curious for a while now, do you have a background in fashion/tailoring? you tend to draw outfits in much the same way as a seamstress/seamster does, especially while showing off the fits like so. just keeps popping up in my mind is all.

I don't tend to post a lot of what I'd call "look'n at art round here cause it takes me ages, but I've been working on another pic in the style of my TTWG (minus the ye'old perspective jank) and i want to share the tedium as it's like trying to paint by only glazing ( -_-)
