I am passionate about the element that newly qualified young drivers don't carry their peer age friends as passengers for a set amount of months after they've passed the test

An excerpt from podcast episode 15 - Caitlin's Campaign where Sharron (Caitlin's Mum) talks about campaigning for a graduated driving licence for newly qualified drivers to prevent future deaths.

Hi! We're Hallam Sinfonia, a symphony orchestra based in the wonderful city of Sheffield 🎢

We perform four core concerts a year, plus collaborative events with our friends and colleagues in the city.

Such pressure for the first post... But think we'll keep it simple πŸ˜‚πŸ˜Š

I don't know about you but I am so relieved to be out of January.

In our podcast ep 10: Year 2 Debbie talks about loss orientated and restoration orientated time which I can really relate to.

Lighter days and seeing spring bulbs helps me gravitate towards restoring normality again.

Bilateral movement of walking in grief

Something that helped me in my first year of trying to survive the death of my son George.
I started walking as a way of getting through the day. I walked two straight line routes. It allowed me to concentrate on the rhythm of literally putting one foot in front of the other.
