The dance they’re doing is Circassian Circle, which is a really well known dance amongst folk dancers, esp in France. I’d be surprised if it were called in this particular instance. For more complex dances like Stoke Golding Country Dance Dave Shepherd or Jo Freya tend to call the moves.
