I'm not defending all "classic" sports. I'm borderline if baseball is because you don't get your heart rate up I.e. there isn't a cardio component. F1 is for sure more a sport than baseball

Got it, so just no consistency here. I'm assuming the rules require you to use a racket. I agree with you on golf but where I draw the line is a baseline of must require cardio exertion to get your bp/heart rate above baseline and also requires a combination of coordination, reaction time, etc

How would you play tennis without a racket? You could do F1 without a car, you would just lose
