Tomorrow is the very first pilot of the training I developed for care workers in my state, a class focused on burnout and compassion fatigue. 💛 It’s been an 11-month journey to get here, and I’m so proud to finally see it come to life.

Stayed up way too late editing videos and clips 🥱 hows a girl supposed to balance a full time job, mom duties, volunteer work, physical exercise, maintaining a house, and content creation? Caffeine. And spite 😘

I went through a really heavy season personally and with content. It felt like everything was stuck/falling apart.
But lately…it’s like a wave of good things is crashing over me all at once.
Part of me is scared it won’t last.
But the other part? She’s excited. She’s ready. 🌊💫
