I like this trend. It was difficult to pick games that "made me who I am" vs just my favorites.
They truly did all these things, so there's just no reason to make up new ones is all. It's not running cover to push back against stuff that isn't true even if the offending party sucks ass. It's how you get people defending them and weakens the deserved hate they should receive.
I do understand, it's just that the esthetic predates both artists by two decades. Saying the whole thing is stolen just feels kind of bad to put out there as fact. As someone totally fucked by Bungie screwing over the community constantly (Vaulted stuff) I don't think they've earned any good graces
The art director had been doing stuff in TDR's aesthetic for years, up to a decade before the first trailer for Marathon even released, and older than the artist whose assets were stolen's first piece on the internet. There's just really not a need for this narrative when it's untrue.
I think there's legitimate stuff to dislike Marathon for while not spreading that the entire aesthetic was stolen, which just isn't true. What was stolen were decals that got plastered on certain materials. The aesthetic is borne of The Designers Republic, the same aesthetic as the Wipeout series
lud was moved AGAIN from LA to GA

BotW really worked on me, I played it for an hour a day occasionally and it was a nice relaxing exploratory experience. One of my 'gaming moments ever' was seeing one of the dragons flying through the sky.
1. Wind Waker
2. Link Between Worlds
3. Breath of the Wild
Get a preview of the Marathon OST with four original Marathon tracks coming to all major music streaming platforms tonight, Feb 19 at midnight local time.

For whatever reason, Discord Support uses a wholly separate account and not your actual Discord account ๐ญ
CookyโYummy
Here's a few of the ones I had bookmarked from January 27th, such a good design
jinjoโs bizarre adventure
I think the interesting thing that seems to get missed (especially with all the Discourse that happened) is demons not being a race of people, but just a type of monster. I think the anime mucked with that perception a bit because I don't remember anyone mentioning it during the manga
Alex, the Big Apple brawler, will make his descent into the ring of #StreetFighter6 on March 17. ๐คผโโ๏ธ
No use holding back when faced with the Dark Devil himself, as he'll show you no mercy with his array of devastatingly powerful throws!
Scooby era
I would say it depends on the frequency of the event.
Once a week? 1-1.5 hours tops
Once a month? Maybe 2 hours
I know it's literally only Day 3 of doing this, but nothing is sticking. I tried to just open an empty project and remember all the stuff I've learned, but once I got to needing to write code I hit a brick wall. I don't know how people just understand this but I am going to keep trying.
I try to think about what is possible for me to do right now, and focus on improving my own qol to better take care of people close to me
Coding just has so much trouble sticking to my brain. I know you're not supposed to memorize things, just work to understand the concepts, but it feels impenetrable to me.
I can understand having a thing you want to do, and then Googling to learn how to do that. Then doing that forever. But why...
Yamper my beloved! I constantly think of that one pokeplush...
๐Happy New Year 2026!๐
This year is the Year of the Horse ๐ด
This ema depicts War Greymon riding a horse; Gaia Force truly is the shining sun ๐
Please continue to support the #BEATBREAK anime this year ๐
We hope you'll continue to support #Digimon in 2026 too ๐
Happy New Year. I've been relatively quiet...on the internet in general for quite some time, mostly from a lot of hangups. I'm trying something new this year though since I really want to get back into game design while I'm looking for new employment
(And maybe even self-employment ๐)
I think they can go hand in hand. A lot of effective fear in horror games for me is loss of progress, usually after one death the monster isn't too scary but the idea of losing like twenty minutes of game is enough to make stuff stressful.

I will recommend 1000xRESIST to every one of these I see
