I know some might say we should simply remember our lost soldiers today without tarnishing that tribute by addressing our political climate. But to my mind, looking away squanders their sacrifice. It's our responsibility to be candid about the crisis & to honor their service more urgently than ever.

I’m horrified by the murder of two Israeli embassy staffers at an event in DC last night.

The fact that the gunman said he did it to “free Palestine” makes me nauseous. Murdering people for their nationality is never acceptable and this violence hurts Jews, Israelis, *and* Palestinians.

It's weird to me that so many of my neighbors voted to take away their own healthcare to give me a tax cut. They need their health care. I don't need a tax cut. Neither does anyone who makes more than me, either.

If we reported on the actions Israel has s taken against Hamas & made Hamas the aggressor & Israel the victim, the sharpest of criticisms would be leveled against Hamas. Same actions, different outrage.
It is genocide, the very thing that Israel claims to condemn. Never again should apply to all.

Some people haven’t encountered a Tarrasque, Beholder, or other classic D&D monster either. That doesn’t mean they’re “playing half the game.” It just means the DM made different choices for the BBEG.
