The 1-2-3-4 Legacy Challenge puts a twist on the traditional Legacy Challenge by spanning across all four mainline Sims games: One generation in TS1, two generations in TS2, three generations in TS3, and four generations in TS4. This adds up to 10 generations in total. The goal is to explore the evolution of The Sims gameplay over the years! Aspen walks in to her filthy, tiny apartment for the first time

Aspen only had a few thousand simoleons to her name, what her mother could offer her when she left. She had to move in to a dingy, filthy apartment that often left her nauseous. She was determined to make her way in the world as a Doctor to overcome the financial issues that had plagued her family.

Before long, Aspen aged up and shortly after she graduated from Foxbury Institute with Honors. She was an A+ student and never let her dedication to her studies falter. She had maxed out her Logic and Charisma skills along the way.

Aspen hardly cared though, because when she was with Ross he seemed to forget about all the other girls. They shared intimate moments in private places, woohooing in the bathroom stalls around campus.

There was a problem, though. Ross had a girlfriend, in fact he had a multitude of women that came in and out of his dorm room like a revolving door. There was one woman in particular, Jinx, who seemed to have captured his heart especially. Aspen wasn't sure if she could compete with that.

Aspen never understood how her mom could fall in love so easily, until she met one of her roommates Ross. He was everything she'd never known she wanted, and they shared her first kiss.

Aspen thought long and hard about it and realized she needed to get out of this small, overcrowded house. She'd shared a bedroom with her brother for far too long and she had graduated high school early. Yearning for independence, she enrolled in University to pursue her biology degree early.

Aspen had her first and only prom and invited Alexander Goth as friends but ended up ignoring him the entire time and twerking on a random boy that couldn't care less that she was there.

Aspen grew up to look a bit like a redheaded Emma Watson. She had a flourishing social life and went out in between bouts of studying and working on her skills.

In the meantime, Polly aged up to Adult and thought it was time for a bit of a more low-key makeover.

Meanwhile, Aspen was turning into a Teenager, being quite the mental and social prodigy as a child. She had already made a good start on her Logic and Charisma skills by the time of her birthday. Her father kept calling frequently to remind her to visit and to wish her a happy birthday.

The twin toddler girls share a birthday cake in their small room.

Somehow, the girls made it to their toddler birthdays mostly intact. The house needed a small addition added, barely more than a closet to house the new twin girls' toddlers beds.

The girls were cute and Polly was trying her best. Eva had brown hair that somehow turned red later on and and Andra shared the white mane of Father Winter.

Polly repeatedly fell asleep on top of the girls once they aged up to Infants. She was exhausted and could only get sporadic bits of sleep in between changing them, feeding them, and bathing them after their frequent blow-outs. Aspen and Mitchel got little to no attention during this time.

Mitchel grew up into a rambunctious toddler in the meantime, quickly learning all of his toddler skills while Polly tended to the newborns. He was Independent, which helped him greatly.

Polly gave birth, surprising everyone with not one but TWO babies, two girls named Eva and Andra. Things were going to get much more difficult.

Aspen spent a lot of time with her doctor's playset, hoping to grow up and not have to struggle like her mother one day.
