Just finished watching! It’s our family tradition every year on Thanksgiving Eve.

This morning I dragged myself out of bed at 3:00 to head to the West End Bridge in hopes of capturing the moon over PPG Place and the Christmas tree at the Point in #Pittsburgh. Luckily the clouds stayed away for long enough to allow that to happen. Made for an amazing view.

Excellent choice. Loved this one!

Loved her memoir! This one has been on my TBR for awhile (too long, actually).

I’m enjoying the bookish and writing community here. Thinking that’s going to be my intent for this space, at least for now.

A few days ago the Allegheny River in #Pittsburgh was darn near a mirror, and that made for some amazing reflections of the Steel City. It’s just one of those rules: when the river looks like this, you have to take a panorama from the dock. No way you can pass it up.

I do, somewhat informally. My Substack focuses on books and includes brief recaps/reflections on what I’m reading or have recently read. Lit fiction, memoir, short stories, nonfiction (culture, women’s issues, current events…maybe not so much of the latter for a little while. 😏)

It is! Such a nice warm nostalgic feeling during this uncertain time.
