Taichu Malqir (Siren) from FFXIV dressed in pirate attire for Vtober. Taichu is a Keeper of the Moon Miqo'te with tan skin and brown hair. They're sporting the typical Limsa Lominsa look of a bikini top, skirt, and boots, but with a pirate coat over it and a bandana as a hat. Their right hand is up in a finger gun in typical 4Kids censorship fashion.
