Just realized that I forgot about something

The cipher on the cloak is in Bill’s cipher. When decipher it says: “Videntis Omnium. Magister Mentium. Magnesium Ad Hominem. Magnum Opus. Habeus Corpus. Inceptus Nolanus Overratus. Magister Mentium. Magister Mentium. Magister Mentium” Which is the chant used to summon Bill and it’s in Latin. It roughly translates to: “All-seeing. Master of Minds Magnesium For Man Great Work He had a body. Nolan's initiative is overrated. Teacher Minds. Teacher Minds. Master of Minds” I used google translate so if it’s wrong feel free to correct me.

On his back there is a triangle with an eye encircled by ring split into thirds. In each third there’s texted that is in Bill’s cipher and says: “All Seeing” (upper left third) “All Knowing” (upper right third) “Eye” (bottom third)
