Thanks to some miracle working all around (My voice coming back, Gregg speed editing, and Fry QC'ing), tomorrow's episode will amazingly come out ON TIME!

This is an even greater feat when you consider this episode was a strong contender for longest episode ever (and lost by only 9 mins!)

Oh I was a SUPER late bloomer to it, but finally did on @totalusrankium.bsky.social's recommendation. He picked the order I read too, which made it a very fun journey!

Update: my voice came back JUST enough to record the last hour of Leo! It's gone now, but the file is now underway!

I've definitely read both of those, but Discworld is fairly new, I went through all of them last year!! (Love them!)

Bry has been very sick this week and completely lost her voice.

We are halfway through recording the next episode (a MASSIVE ONE), but the second half will have to wait until her voice returns, so it may be delayed to Monday the 15th.

You are not wrong! Massive papal world events and technology had other plans for us. Our next episode is a final look at Benedict, and then the next one will be back on our way to Damasus, and oh god, the bulk that is Pope Leo IX.... a very long one coming!

OH! that's lovely, because I loved him so much!! Really saddened by his passing, so this would be a lovely tribute!

Update: Pope Eugene has been haunting us further! Brys new computer is up and operational, but now Frys PC had a heating issue and Gregg's monitor has gone haywire! Fortunately, we have been able to record, and fixes are underway though, so expect our newest episode to drop August 11th!

Update: Bry's PC parts have arrived, and the PC is being constructed. Its going to take a bit of time to get everything set up and recording-functional, but progress is being made, and we will probably only be looking at about a week's delay, hopefully!
