This is a fantastic lager. I used an enormous amount of Saaz hop and let it lager for 6 weeks. Beautiful flavor. I pressure ferment all of my beer.
Altbier. Old - beer. One of my favorites to brew. Creamy mouth feel with a hint of vanilla. Perfectly carbonated. Wow! A malt finish. Reminds me of eating Bit O Honey as a kid. Perfect name for a perfect beer. Bit*O*Honey.
