A page from my comics adaption of George A. Romero's RESIDENT EVIL Panel 1: Wesker and Forest stand beside a computer printer, Wesker pulling pages from the machine as they print out. Wesker says "This place goes pretty deep... but these shoulg get us a clear shot at the antidote lab.". Forest, exasperatedly, shouts "Woah, woah hang on! We're done here. The mission was to rescue the egghead and jet. Dude's dead, this antidote shit is someone else's problem now." Panel 2: Kenneth, Richard, Chris, and Jill watch as Wesker and Forest begin to argue. "Here we go again" Richard says. "Yeah well the misson's been updated!" Wesker says, "And I don't like your tone, Speyer! You keep this up and I'll have you court martialed!" Forest responds "Feel fucking free to, Wesker! It sure beats having my head torn off by one of these viral cultured freaks!". In the foreground, Rebecca turns her head at a slight thumping sound eminating from behind her, going "Hm?" Panel 3: Far at the back of the room, an ominous red light glows in the darkness. Panel 5: The flashlight glints off of a glass door, "Biological" is writton on it, and just behind is a horde of zombies, flesh torn and bleeding, pounding their heads and hands against the glass. One side of the glass cracks under the pressure.

I think RE2R did it for me too but, Mr. X definitely made me feel tense during my first run. It was most likely because that was my first time dealing with a stalker enemy in a RE game

The closest I’ve ever got scared to was House Beneviento in RE Village/RE8

There was also a moment in RE7 that made me flinch, I thought a molded was following me but, it turned out to be Ethan’s shadow

Since RE9 will be survival horror, I wonder what horror elements RE9 will have
