Tonight, most (if not all) the Zipps bar locations throughout Maricopa were raided by federal agents. Community members arrived to legally observe and agents pepper sprayed the crowd least one location. Workers were taken.

What’s the deal with that scary-looking green gas ICE is using in Minneapolis? There are toxic ingredients in all of this stuff, but looks may be deceiving.

*they’re still dispersing cancer-causing chemical agents in a very toxic gas, but they don’t immediately impede vision, breathing, etc.

From last night when a demonstrator picked up and tossed back a green smoke canister outside Home2, the hotel CBP agents have been staying at.

Feds throw these colored canisters when they don’t have masks! It spooks people into expecting CS & preemptively dispersing - but it doesn’t cause any pain*

i considered this but you stand out very badly, it needs to have a bunch of gear under it that something with legs can’t fit, needs to be something you can move around in without tearing - this would be fine if i didn’t have to reach for any gear or bend or twist

i would like to figure out some way to cover my big puffer coat because it is very inconvenient to have to wash it every day because it got lightly seasoned

a big plastic rain trench type cover may help but finding something like that that won’t disintegrate or tear or be super heavy is… slim

😍✅😍 canon r6 mark ii handled subzero temps beautifully. heavy work all day, had half battery by midnight

Thank you ❤️ would certainly love recs for low cost options. Press makes it tricky bc ethical implications of staying w/activists, plus needing space to be completely antisocial for hours while processing footage/writing. Also to be in and out at any moment without waking/disturbing folks.

me too. i’m so upset. we made it so long without any serious illness, then a baby goes to the library & mom doesn’t notice a runny nose. so many have gotten sick after going to the library. they don’t sterilize the toys so it’s just a plague haven.

don’t take your baby to the library in the winter!
