Newsom needs to follow through with this as far as he can take it. Trump seems to excel at avoiding consequences and responsibility. Newsom needs to give him a good hearty dose of consequence that he can't wiggle and worm his way out of. It's finally time for him to meet his match.

For all his faults, Newsom shows that he knows how to FIGHT. It's what grassroots Democrats and most Americans want and need right now. He's one of the few who's actually reading the room.
