Bad Bunny's performance was very Puerto Rican and also very, very, VERY East Coast. As Kendrick's performance was both Black and West Coast. These people are mad at distinctly American performances because they don't like the color of the box the gift came in.

I lived in Boston from 2012-2016 when the Red Sox and Patriots won championships (Bruins had won in 2011) and I’ve never met a more entitled fanbase (positive).

None of my Boston friends are on here so I can say this freely but thank god the Patriots didn’t win THIS SB. They would have all be insufferable.

One of the technicians on 106.7 the fan placed a bet that Myers would be MVP and I can’t wait to listen to the show tomorrow.

Part of what's great about this is how Hunter Hess tried really hard to not go into specifics but Trump (1) deduced (correctly!) that any reference to things that aren't "good" or "moral" must mean him and (2) decided he needed to elevate it with some bonkers response. Great work, Mr. President. 🫡

Between this and Wonder Man, the the 40 minute drama has some solid traction. Long enough to meaningfully move narrative beats forward but short enough not to drag them on excessively.

The Washington Post was a huge part of my childhood. It was my hometown newspaper that gave me a window into the mechanics of this great city. I feel for everyone who’s lost, losing, or will lose their job because of one man’s greed and ego.
