In any case: humans are capable of very human moments, it is the machine in our pockets Edward R. Murrow most feared that seems to have captured the sanity and souls of many, even in the Press.

But the whole of humanity should not be condemned because it is challenging to combat against. Human intervention can succeed against the hive.

I often think there should be a Book of Etiquette for the 21st Century, we are about due for a re-write; how American it would be to seem controversial.

To this end: I also have a difficult time understanding the recent scientific studies stating social media as a whole is entirely addictive, as to suggest humans have zero agency in the matter at all.

To what end do we surrender our humanity to a corporate tool? I see many do, like cordycep fungi.

A symptom of looking for external validation without looking at what makes one depressed. An app is merely a tool, it is the patterns of the human that's more likely causing the need of addictive scrolling.

In mindfulness: what is this sense of lack really communicating about the sense of self?

As I sit and reflect on my journey so far, I am taking the energies of the Solar Eclipse to take a deep look at my shadow self, re-evaluating what I will honor going forward, and what needs to be left behind.

Honor thy self by knowing thy true self.
