Dress Down Day next Friday 14th to raise funds for our school! Children are invited to come to school in their own clothes instead of uniform in exchange for a £1 donation. Funds raised will go towards supporting school projects and activities. Thank you for your continued support and generosity!

We used markup to become astronauts on an alien planet. We look good!

A great day full of team work and problem solving- we’ll all sleep well tonight!

Lastly we used some natural resources to make some fantastic space art.

We then crashed landed onto an unknown planet and had to find somewhere to shelter!

Rm 11 began our outdoor space day with a STEM task - we designed our own space rockets and then tested them to see how far they went!

Fantastic job today R12!

What a fantastic day of outdoor learning! We made natural art, modelled the solar system to scale, dreamt of being astronauts, and investigated craters.

We are having a day of
Outdoor Learning to celebrate our Space topic. First, we had to build shelters to keep us
safe when we landed on an alien planet. We had so much fun as we developed our teamwork and technology skills.

We are so,so proud of the artwork we did today in R12 . We worked really hard and listened very carefully. We think they all look fantastic!

Teamwork challenges to work on our communication and cooperation skills

Thank you to Mrs Swan who gave us a fiddle demonstration today. We were very interested and had lots of questions for her. Some of us will have the opportunity to learn to play the fiddle. We can’t wait!

Amazing achievement from D at his football club this morning- well done!👏⭐️

We were practicing our number partitioning this morning- some of us even challenged ourselves to partition millions!

In room 11 day today we discussed the importance of taking part in group work as we investigated the planets as part of our topic. Ask us for some of the interesting facts we learned!
