Nah, birthdays have never been a big deal for me. I usually work. Taking a break/doing fun stuff timed with my gf's birthday.

How This All Happened came first! The characters were originally from that DVD. The recent release was an extended version.

That's the name! It was a limited run of DVD/VHS as a neat little thing, all those videos are up for free.

I do DVDs too on occasion, this is just a "pay $5 to access all the videos and support the artist" thing.

I just made it and it was a ton of work. I haven't decided yet.

Looks like some great and notoriously unavailable stuff is coming soon from the same company which is good. A Chinese Ghost Story 1-3 and Bullet in the Head which I've only ever found bootlegs of in my 20ish years searching.

Ah, if it's tied to those releases it's probably no good. The 4K that got released a year or so ago had a completely new audio mix that sounds awful and the one that just came out is only in English for some reason (but is otherwise the old mix which isn't too bad)

Also, 2 and 3 aren't great.

If he does A Better Tomorrow I'll be first in line. I missed a screening in Osaka by less than a week and I won't make that mistake again!

To be fair 99% of people would have been tricked into doing the "bad thing" in those games and it would have been effective. There isn't another option, no; but most people would have done it without thinking. They were both well designed moments.
