Maybe my 𝑇𝑒𝑛 𝐶𝑜𝑚𝑚𝑎𝑛𝑑𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑠-esque "lamb's blood on the door" may be the fact that I'm white and speak English (ex-pat American) and they'll pass me by out of courtesy to their fascist counterpart in the White House.

I moved to the UK 15 years ago on a spousal visa & got my permanent residency after 2 years. We put off getting my citizenship because it's hella expensive and the only differences would be that I'd also have a British passport & be able to vote. I think it's time we revisit that, just in case.
