Bandit Cat

With this animation I'm trying out a much more detailed storyboard, which so far has worked really well for me! It helps me get a much clearer idea of the end result way earlier in the process. The 3D backgrounds also help a lot, and will be used for reference to make the 2D backgrounds in the end.

Here are a couple of scenes from my next animation! The full animatic can already be seen on my Patreon!

This animation is going to use the song "Witches" by Good Kid, and it follows some of the story from my series Tales of the Afterworld!

The full animation without color is currently available for all tiers of my Patreon if you want to get an early look at it's current progress!

This time, I’m actually layering each layer of animation on top of each other in Blender to create actual shadows, resulting in a much more realistic look!

In some of my older animations I tried to replicate the shadow that was created when layering cels in physical cel animations, mostly seen in older animated media. I did this by duplicating the color layer, setting it to black, and making it transparent.

There's a feature called auto keying that automatically creates a keyframe on the set position on the timeline whenever you move something, this has saved me so many times!

I made a new website!

This one will have all of my stuff on it! Any new animations, and eventually some non animated art as well! It still has a lot of development to be done, such as a few additional pages, but it's already fully functional!
