And done! The colors are more subdued than the photos appear … it’s a bit more calming in person 😃 But, it’s a bold print and I looove it. It’s my first wallpapering project and I only swore a few times. Not a single spousal fight. Success!

Update: additional wallpaper samples ... the prints keep getting louder 😀 I think we've settled on a traditional wallpaper (not peel/stick) due to the colors -- it just fits the room. The sample doesn't do it justice -- it's the last photo with the chalk, copper, sepia floral. Ordered!

Made some banchan for a Korean dinner party tonight - soy eggs, pickled radish, bean sprouts, and spinach. Ready to EAT 🤤

Sunny Sunday walk along the water in West Vancouver looking back on Burnaby with Mount Baker in the distance. I need to get back to hobbies this next week. The good weather has sidetracked me a bit 😁

Kale and chard. They are abundant once they start growing and as you harvest they grow back. I had chard produce steadily from spring through fall. Cucumbers are also easy and heavy producers. You can also put a stake in a pot and grow them vertically to save space.

No rain, no snow. Took a looong multi-mile walk to Le Marche St George for an afternoon snack 😀

Jeans completed! (Thread Theory Quadra Jeans pattern) I love the pattern and they are great in this stretch corduroy. Topstitching was a challenge so I picked it out a couple times until I was happy enough with it. I think I’m ready and confident to buy a nice denim fabric next. 🧵 #menwhosew #sewing
