Lately, I’ve taken on new challenges in my team, which motivated me to learn more about management. I recently finished the β€œManaging and Leading Developers” path on LinkedIn Learning and I’m so happy! I’ve learned a lot, gained new tools and realized I want to keep learning about this area πŸš€

I was excited about the course β€œBuilding Trust” and some key takeaways were: show you care and assume positive intent to build trust. They also recommended the Donut bot for building relationships in remote teams. I already set it up in one of our Slack channels, curious to see how it goes! ✨

Course done: β€œAgile Software Development: Creating an Agile Culture.”

What really resonated with me: Google teams succeed because of psychological safety. Also, healthy conflict is an essential ingredient for successful teams πŸš€

Today I had a burst of motivation and added a journal section to my portfolio. Styles aren’t finalized yet, but I wanted to start a public notebook to store my daily notes and learnings about technology and management πŸ€“
