WE DO NOT LEAVE OUR FRIENDS BEHIND. I mean, cโmon, how dumb would that be.
It's okay, all we gotta do is mention the ICCU and nobody needs to think about Mr Toyota in the red hat /j

(this made me think something I will not write lest it come into existence, whoops)
a Take(TM) I've seen is that software companies should have dedicated "poor conditions" testing staff.
Your software ideally should be usable by someone in the forest who has 1.5-megabit DSL that drops 25% packets, or someone on the ocean using a satellite with high latency
LRS: I think a lot about the interaction between new features written by people who never have less than a gigabit of network and never have a computer over three years old and "the real world"
whatever those items are might well be... notionally useful but at what cost?
a windows 11 menu showing "convert to adobe pdf", "ask copilot", and 4 more options that take time to load
windows 11 update: for the first time in my life, simply right clicking a file has a load time. unreal

also "basically my power bill becomes 19 grand the instant the station maxes out" feels extremely illustrative of why DCFC costs so much and is part of why I'm so interested in battery-backed DCFC hardware
the public EV charger of the day is this ChargePoint station at Pikes Peak CO. It's privately owned and the owner did it to fill a gap.
I love that type of story behind one-off types of stations.

I'd love to see an ioniq9 vs. GM 200kwh towing comparison. That always seems to be the unique/primary strength of GM's biggest batteries
(not sure I've seen Ioniq9 towing info other than "yes it can")

To their credit I think this is the biggest battery pack in a noncommercial BEV in the US.
There's firesale brightdrops but I do not have "DIY conversion" time or energy and I'm sure any would-be upfitters (there were a few!) are now looking elsewhere
Does the Cadillac count? (kinda /j because I know those cost a lot more)
My other wishlist for this platform is put it in the Express/Savana form factor for one of those light touch sleeper upfits/conversions

If it's still around after a couple more pay cycles and I do my taxes I may ask. This specific one's been sitting around for a few weeks and the dealer seems not to care that much about it or be super interested in it
