I was on Power and Politics on Thursday, giving my thoughts on the federal Budget 2025, as it relates to housing.

When it comes to the Budget, this policy Dad says, "I'm not mad, just disappointed by your choices".

The art doesn't even resemble the scenes they're supposed to be showing. I really don't get how they could have screwed up this badly.

Wonder who they'd vote for instead. The CPC would cut more and the NDP was never strong in that riding.

Today the gov't addressed this by eliminating the luxury tax on yachts.

If true, hell yes!

They being parliament. The ones which actual power. The ones who forced out one King already for far less.

Didn't really. They wound up getting another couple terrible Kings after they guillotined one.

If Andrew had become King I think that would end the whole thing. Or at the very least they'd force him out and go to who is next.

Of course police want warrantless access powers. Of course they want to violate privacy rights on a whim. That doesn't mean you need to give it to them. Make them get a warrant, like the Supreme Court of Canada has *twice* ruled.

Another foggy morning

Social media is turning our society into fools. It shouldn't be anywhere near that close.

Mandatory. If a kid can't for health reasons there are medical exemptions.

For real. I'm a parent. I talk to my kid every day.

I'm betting a good number of people who respond to these polls either don't have kids at all or have adult children. So it wouldn't apply to them.

I work to live, not the other way around. My family is my life. If all I lived for was a job - that just isn't a life worth living to me.

I like fall.

And never gets any attention.

Overreach is using it on trivial things as Ford has done.
