#superman As is customary with social media this film is either a ten or a one. Its neither. It is a bit self-indulgent, not strongly written, a bit quirky, and a bit geeky. Didn't balance well the perspective of uber-fans and those burned out on super hero movie. It's an okay popcorn flick.

#sharkwhisperer #sharks Started off dull (first 30 mins) and was expecting it to fall into the usual Netflix pattern. But it didn't. You don't have to agree with her philosophy. And I wouldn't swim with sharks, I'd get a bigger boat! She is attention getting for a message of conservation. 6/10

It would have done better, but waaaayyyy too many of these movies are mismarketed and after awhile it feels very bait and switch.

#TrueCrime There was some hub-bub about Peacock paying one million dollars to the Heuermann family. If want to hear what they have to say this is for you. General overview in the first episode. Then focuses on family. The 3rd is a drag. Different than HBO's Gone Girls. Just okay. 5.5/10

But don’t you think a tight two hours would have made it better and more compelling?

#HBO #themortician Two episodes was enough for me. The story is certainly ghoulish and appalling. It might even be interesting if it wasn't stretched over three 1 hour episodes over three weeks. This should have been a solid 2 hour documentary consumed in one sitting. 6/10

#FearStreetPromQueen Wasn't a huge fan of the previous trilogy, but they were effective. This was not. There wasn't really a plot. Felt like an excuse to have 80's music drops. Kills were uninspired and so was the script, which had 2 writers. Written by Chatgbt? Maybe! Dull and boring. 2/10

#thepitt #noahwyle This was supposed to be a reboot of ER for NBC. I'm so glad they couldn't get the rights and went to HBOMAX instead. it allows the show to have more of an edge on top of the accurate and compelling medical drama!! So, so good. Highly recommend it. 9/10

#Lioness This streaming show on Paramount Plus is simply amazing. Very rare to get this level of writing and acting, especially from streaming. Both seasons were fantastic! Highly recommend!! Love it!! 9.5/10
