A little update on this: A court appearance last week was expected to provide clarity on how the case would proceed, but the crown attorney hadn't reviewed new information in time and so another court appearance was set for March 26. The article has been updated.

One night in July 2024, a west end Toronto resident was sitting on his porch when he saw a man walk onto his lawn and spray paint his and his neighbour's Davenport for Ceasefire lawn signs and a Palestine flag. A couple minutes later, he was staggering into his house, bleeding.🧵
