The Telegraph will always be a Right Wing paper, that's its raison d'etre, but it used to be respected as a RW voice, whereas now it's just a broadsheet version of the Mail. In my late father's words, the comment was biased but the actual news wasn't. Maybe it can be again? Probably not, though.
From my (admittedly small sample size) personal experience it's the other way round - the Reform nutters all seem to be pro-Trump, but even the pro-Brexit Tories I know hate him.
