We brew a vast amount of different styles. From more traditional brews, like Pilsner or Brown Ale, to more modern interpretations of what beer can be, like Double IPA or Mixed Fermentation Sour.
Our brewing philosophy focuses on quality, consistency and drinkability.

Slowburn is a worker-owned cooperative brewery situated in the cultural hub Porten Vridsløse located in the former Vridsløselille Prison, in Albertslund just outside Copenhagen.

We have a taproom with events focused on community through art, music, food, science and great beer.
