Poor MAGAs forgot their 5th, 8th, and 11th grade US History and Civics lessons. Puerto Rico has been a territory for 125 years and as such, are citizens. This is longer than Oklahoma, Arizona, New Mexico, Alaska, and Hawaii have been states.

3/ As a result, all taxpayers will most likely have to repay their excess advance PTC payments in their entirety. Please feel free to share and ask any questions.

2/ For the 2023 and 2024 tax years, there was a cap on how much excess APTC you had to pay back. Individuals whose income ends up being higher than anticipated for the 2026 plan year will face higher costs at tax time.

1/ The repayment caps for excess APTC, previously in place for those with incomes below 400% of the FPL, are eliminated. If your actual income is higher than your projected income, you will be responsible for repaying the entire amount of the excess APTC received, regardless of your income level.

I'm sorry, but what's wrong with giving health care to immigrants? Republicans don't even want to give health care to citizens, but I don't understand the argument against keeping people who contribute billions of dollars to the economy healthy. It's also less expensive in the long run.
