It's interesting: I have no issue with the texture when it's sweet (which I do regularly), but I do have an issue when it's savory. To be fair, I've only done a couple of experiments so I'll probably try it again at some point

It's a neat concept; biggest issue for me might have been the texture honestly. It's much easier to do a good sweet one

I always end up recommending the magnus archives to people (horror podcast).

I usually also recommend the silt verses which is also a horror podcast, but honestly it's a little too real since the main conflict is kinda late stage capitalism. There is rebellion though!

Made pork katsu for dinner. Honestly since presliced pork tenderloin is like 2.50 a pound it's so convenient (aside from the deep frying). Plated up with the last of my katsu sauce, rice, n cabbage
