It has been too long since I have heard that term. I have missed it.

It is so apt for these times as twat proliferation seems on an exponential curve atm

Thanks, appreciate this. Know it is not an issue but security scanning is a blunt instrument which is often out of the dev’s hands to mark as a false positive.

This extra pressure on OSS teams often causes unnecessary aggro.

Maintaining a large OSS project over a decade is an incredible feat, no matter the outcome at the end. But the Storybook team and community staged one of the most impressive comebacks. Being respectful with alternatives, hearing the community, and taking bold bets. Looking forward to Storybook 9!

The fact the Storybook community cared enough to battle the large code’s past is testament to its value and it is a great OSS success story that should be spread

Thanks for sharing. Also thanks for Storybook it has been a staple for us for a long time which is a testament to its value and community.

Code is a reflection of the past and the older the code the bigger the past. This weight often sinks projects or grinds them to snail pace.

I am so grateful I get to code. This weekend I got to play with code and still gives me joy even after 17+ years of tapping away.

Also Solo Levelling is amazing! Been watching anime for ages but can’t remember the last time I was itching this much for the next episode.

This often seems lost on people, also most folks use the phone a lot where simple things like the sun light and reflections can make things like reading text very hard for anyone.

Displaying a graphic of how it's not just people with permanent needs that can benefit from inclusive design, there are also temporary and situational needs. For example, someone who's deaf, vs has an ear infection, vs in a loud bar

The full list, with little characters representing each is:

Touch: one arm, arm injury, new parent holding a baby
See: Blind, Cataract, distracted driver
Hear: Deaf, ear infection, bartender
Speak: non-verbal, laryngitis, heavy accent (a picture of a Viking)
