Once something is used in a DC Comic, it becomes part of the DCU cosmology. The interpretation is up to the reader (and other writers)! Also—my ideas aren't strictly Meher Baba related. They're my own interpretations/insights. And that's about all I can say on the subject. : )

I don't recall that story. I'm assuming that I was talking about the universe before form. but not having read the story in decades, I can't be sure. Best, as always, to come up with your own interpretation. These cosmic concepts can bend in many directions!
