I maintain that the 2 best ways to revitalize YA are to 1) refocus the category toward teens rather than adults; and 2) switch to paperback or mass market paper back as the main format rather than hard cover. So many of my teen readers vastly prefer small, soft cover books.

I love her at Orlando but she deserves to be somewhere where she's gonna be more of a focal point.
