The USPS posting a NINE BILLION DOLLAR LOSS!!! sounds terrible. Certainly worse than if you said "USPS costs thirty dollars per person per year" even though that means the same thing and more accurately describes a government service

DEBUT Ellie visits her comatose mother every weekend. The U.S. Coast Guard will no longer classify the swastika as a hate symbol. The policy similarly downgrades the classification of nooses and the Confederate flag.

Instead, the Coast Guard will classify the Nazi-era insignia as “potentially divisive”
