Jesse James the Hiking Ferret

Jesse agrees with TLC that we should not go chasing waterfalls because the risk of him getting wet is too high.

Merry Christmas from a little adventure ferret who tolerates me dressing him up.

We haven’t made it that far yet haha. I think my mom got him a new ball to play with though

Merry Christmas Eve!

Christmas presents this year come wrapped with some ferret fur and a few tooth marks that were test chomps. Jesse takes his job as package inspector very seriously

These people looked right at me and said something about how pretty the trail was then walked on. The dog followed and I thought it would ignore me but then it stopped at stared at Jesse. I asked the guy to call his dog and his response was “oh she’s friendly.”

Sir. That is not what I asked.

Whenever I encounter a dog on the trail I pick up Jesse and move off to the side to avoid interaction. I was hiking in Utah earlier this week and saw an off leash Aussie and 2 people. I had Jesse in my arms and moved off the trail.

One time Jesse and I were hiking and we came around a corner. Jesse was going pretty fast and he scared a guy who didn’t realize he was a pet to the point the guy stepped off the trail, tripped and almost fell. He thought a wild animal was running at him.

Jesse hates being wet but will tolerate the water from the boat as long as he stays dry

Living in the trailer I don’t have a box spring so that isn’t a problem. An upside down fitted sheet to keep them out May work too

I know this looks like a cute snuggly ferret, but the reality is I woke up to him farting in my face 🙃
