The UK is imposing a trans bathroom ban by fiat and it's being done by their equivalent of the Democrats.

Trans men will be banned from all bathrooms and facilities because they're banned from the men's for being AFAB while being banned from the women's for looking like men and "causing alarm."

What makes this even worse is that many of those service members would likely have stayed on till they hit twenty years of service to get a regular pension and benefits but they're being forced out. This was a half measure as it was and even that is being denied.
