Just found out that we physically gained 10 lbs since we escaped our abusers. Although we're still severely underweight, I think that's a good thing considering we'd been under 30~ lbs for decades, or more like forever, in our abusers' care.

Most beings in-sys don't go into crazy lengths celebrating birthdays or don't care at all. I take coffee and a cupcake if I could for mine, more often reflecting on my life in the kitchen table. Kesä goes fishing and take booze or ice cream. Casey uses his birthday as an excuse for substance abuse.
